Motel Policy
Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 pm. If you require other arrangements, please request them prior to arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Guest Registration
When checking in, all guests are asked to present a credit card with proper photo identification. Credit cards are pre-authourized for an amount to cover the room and taxes for the entire stay. However, if a guest wishes to pay by means other than the pre-authorized credit card, they may do so when checking out.
Cancellation/Early Departure Policy
Reservations must be cancelled or the date of arrival changed 48 hours prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit ar to avoid a penalty charge to your credit card of the first night room and taxes. The cancellation policy may be changed for special events, cuch as Ironman when a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect.
